What are the gate access hours?

Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.

How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill through customer's online portal using a debit or credit card . You can also speak to the facility manager about enrolling in autopay. This facility does not accept any cash or check payments.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

What does Smart Entry mean?
Our Smart Entry system is a Bluetooth electronic lock and total access control system that allows you to easily access your self-storage facility and your unit from their smart device.

What happens when the power goes out?

In the event of an outage with Nokē Volt smart locks, they switch to battery back-up until power is restored.

What if I do not have a Smartphone?
We have key fobs available for purchase, assigned to your unit, allowing full access to your rented unit.

What does drive-up access mean?
Drive-up access means you can park your vehicle directly in front of your storage unit for easy loading and unloading.

What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, liquids or vehicles of any kind.
